Why Choose South Wales Alloys for Alloy Wheel Powder Coating?

Precision and Discover the Benefits of Alloy Wheel Powder Coating

A powder coat provides a hard acrylic surface which bonds to the metal and wraps around the whole wheel. We offer a fully comprehensive strip and recoat service. Once the wheels are prepped, powder coat primer is applied and baked. This seals the wheel, protecting it against corrosion. The primer also provides a flat surface to apply the paint (colour). Once the paint is applied, it is then sealed with another layer of clear (lacquer) powder coat. This final coat gets baked at 180 degrees.
