1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by South Wales Alloys, trading from 1-2 Coomassie Street, Newport NP20 2JP. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

South Wales Alloys provides alloy wheel refurbishment and repair, diamond cut repairs, powder coating, wheel straightening and welding, car body repairs, and brake caliper refurbishment. All work is carried out at our workshop in Newport unless otherwise agreed.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Quotes are based on the information and photographs provided at the time of enquiry
• The final price may vary if additional damage or work is discovered upon inspection
• We will always seek your approval before carrying out work that exceeds the original quote
• Prices include VAT where applicable

4. Bookings and Drop-Off

• Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date and you have delivered the vehicle or wheels to our premises
• We recommend removing valuables from your vehicle before drop-off
• Vehicles and wheels are left at our premises at the owner's risk, although we take reasonable care to protect your property

5. Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround is 24 hours to one week depending on the type and extent of work. We will provide an estimated completion time at the point of booking. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Payment

• Payment is due upon collection of the vehicle or completed wheels
• We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments
• Vehicles and wheels will not be released until payment has been received in full

7. Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of collection and we will inspect and rectify any issues at no additional cost.

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused after collection, including new kerb damage, impacts or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Wheels subsequently repaired or modified by a third party
• Pre-existing structural damage not included in the original scope of work

8. Liability

South Wales Alloys will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the services in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking at any time before work commences at no charge. If work has already begun, you will be liable for the cost of work completed to that point.

10. Uncollected Items

Vehicles and wheels must be collected within 7 days of notification that work is complete. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £10 per day for items not collected within this period. Items uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply chain disruption, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
