Clearpay Pay in 4 is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd, a third-party buy now, pay later provider, and is processed through our secure Stripe checkout. Your instalment agreement is with Clearpay and is subject to Clearpay's terms of service. South Wales Alloys is not a party to that agreement beyond what is set out on this page and in our finance policy, and we may change, suspend or withdraw the option at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident, and hold a UK debit or credit card. Clearpay assesses every application against its own criteria and may decline an order even where it otherwise qualifies. We have no influence over that decision and will not know the reason.
There is no interest and no fee when every instalment is paid on time. If a payment is missed, Clearpay charges late fees and may pause your account; the amounts and caps are set out in Clearpay's terms, not by South Wales Alloys.
Refunds and cancellations are handled under our terms and conditions. Where a refund is due on an order paid through Clearpay, we refund through Stripe, Clearpay cancels any remaining instalments and returns what you have already paid, in line with its policies. Clearpay refunds can take up to ten working days to show.
If you choose Clearpay, the personal and order details needed to process your application are shared with Clearpay and with Stripe, our payment processor. Clearpay's use of your data is governed by its privacy policy, and ours by our privacy policy.
