1. Overview

South Wales Alloys offers customers the option to pay for bookings and shop purchases in instalments through Klarna, a third-party finance provider, processed via our secure Stripe checkout. Your instalment agreement is with Klarna and is subject to Klarna's terms and conditions. We are not a party to that agreement beyond what is set out on this page, and we may change, suspend or withdraw the instalment option at any time.

2. Eligibility and approval

All instalment applications are assessed by Klarna against their own eligibility criteria, including age, residency and credit checks. You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Klarna may decline an application even where your order otherwise qualifies, and we have no influence over that decision.

3. How payment works

• Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout when paying in full.
• Klarna sets your repayment schedule. For Pay in 3, the first instalment is taken when your order is placed and the remaining two follow at 30 and 60 days.
• All instalments are paid directly to Klarna under their terms.
• Booking deposits of £50 are not available on finance and are paid by card, with the remaining balance settled at the workshop.

4. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns and cancellations are handled under our terms and conditions. Where a refund is due on an order paid through Klarna, we notify Klarna and they adjust your instalment plan or refund the payments you have made, in line with their policies.

5. Fees and late payments

Any fees, interest or late payment charges are set and applied by Klarna, not by South Wales Alloys. Paying on time keeps Pay in 3 interest-free. Missed payments may result in charges from Klarna and may affect your credit score.

6. Data and privacy

If you choose Klarna, the personal and order details needed to process your application are shared with Klarna and with Stripe, our payment processor. Klarna's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy, and ours by our privacy policy.

7. Liability

South Wales Alloys is not responsible for Klarna's credit decisions, fees, interest or charges, and we do not guarantee that instalment payment will be available for every customer or every order.

8. Governing law

This finance policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
